The other day the Childrens Foundation care, a small but very tidy Kindergarten in Windhoek’s suburb Katutura, was the recipient of another donation from the active Alte Feste Lions.

Knowing that our very own web-page does not enjoy the credit it deserves, at least by some members in our Club, it is with great pleasure to announce that Susanne Berchtold as well as Corinna & Frank Paulus put some paid adverts on our web-page in order to keep it alive for the next 12 month. I think this gesture deserves a big hand!

Die Bet-El Schule im Stadtteil Katutura wurde im Vorjahr, in einer Gemeinschaftsaktion mit dem Lions Club Norderstedt, mit 6 Comutern ausgerüstet. Bei dieser Gelegenheit machte Schulleiter Ellis Uanga darauf aufmerksam, dass ein Grossteil der Schüler keine Schulhefte benutzt, da dafür kein Geld vorhanden ist.

For many years the Hermine Offen old age home in Lüderitz could count on the support from the Alte Feste Lions Club. The Club received a whole list of needed commodities again this year.
