The first social get-together, with our Lions-friends from Ladysmith, took place at the Cori B&B in Windhoek West. Lionspresident Hans-Gert Roeschlau, with the help of Willi Peter, arranged for a delicious Braai. There were also some Lions-friends from our partner Club Windhoek.
It was a very nice evening and laughter filled the air.
Later, the writer of these lines was told, the younger member of the Ladysmith Lions went for a Pub-crawl. We all hope to see them back in action tonight 27. January, when the official twinning will be celebrated at our own Lions Clubhouse.
