Dear fellow Lions,
Please revert to me via e-mail regarding your attendance to the various events as set out below; (also attached the full programme as drawn up by VDG Holger for your review) I need these figures to confirm with the caterers as soon as possible. -
- Breweries Tour - no cost

- Sundowners in the Felsenkeller Bar at the Breweries - N$ 20.00 per person for snacks + drinks for own account.

- Saturday Indaba program - Tea break @ N$ 20.00 per person for brötchens or scones with Coffee/Tea.

- Saturday Lunch - N$ 40.00 to N$ 45.00 per person depending on menu choice

- Saturday Game drive at Itumba - N$ 95.00 per person includes sundowner

- Saturday Dinner and MJ Award ceremony - N$ 140.00 per person for full Ituba dinner. Alternatively biltong/cheese platters: for 3 persons @ N$ 70.00 per platter or for 5 persons @ N$ 110.00 per platter.

For the out-of-town Lions: Please note that various Lions from the Clubs in Windhoek have made accommodation available at their homes - I need to know who needs accommodation so that I can arrange this, therefore - please let me know should you want to make use of this offer.
